Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us at hello@mintyoralcare.com within 7 days of receipt, including:
- Your order confirmation number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item
We will assess your claim and, if your product is deemed to have a major problem, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor issues, we may offer a replacement.
If a return is required, items must be sent back in their original condition (including packaging). Please note:
- Used products may still be eligible for a refund or replacement if they are faulty.
- Minty Oral Care will cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- For returns not related to a fault, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Important note: once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct returns address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back to ensure a smooth process.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Minty Oral Care will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mintyoralcare.com.
